Daily Leverage Certificates (DLCs) are a form of structured financial instrument issued by banks and traded on the securities market. It allows investors to go long or short with leverage of 3 or 5 times on indices such as MSCI Singapore, HIS and HSCEI. DLCs will start trading on 17 July 2017 on SGX.

Profile of Mr. Keith Chan
Head of Cross Asset Listed Distribution, Asia Pacific Global Markets
Keith Chan is the Head of Cross Asset Listed Distribution, Asia Pacific at Societe Generale. He is responsible for the business development, sales and marketing of listed products, including warrants and Callable Bull/Bear Contracts (CBBCs).
Prior to joining Societe Generale in 2014, Keith took up a similar role at Macquarie and HSBC. Keith has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in retail investment products sales and marketing. He appears regularly in local media commentating on the Hong Kong market and investment strategies in relations to warrants and CBBCs, and is renowned among retail investors.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (major in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Sydney.

Luuk Strijers is Head of Products, at Singapore Exchange (SGX). He joined SGX in October 2014.
Luuk’s responsibilities include the development and management of listed products such as ETFs, Structured Warrants and ADRs tradable on SGX. Luuk is also involved in strategic opportunities to expand the product shelf for SGX.
Luuk was previously Head of Business Development and Markets at TOM (The Order Machine) in the Netherlands, a Dutch derivatives exchange. Luuk also worked for the capital market – corporate finance team within SNS Securities, currently known as NIBC Markets in Amsterdam.
Luuk holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Maastricht University.
